Why can’t I purchase multiple items and have them shipped together?
Tierdrop is a multi-seller marketplace, which means each item you purchase may come from a different seller. Because of this, we cannot combine items from separate sellers into a single shipment.
When you place an order, each seller ships their item to Tierdrop individually for authentication. This ensures every card is verified, accurately graded, and safely handled before reaching you. Since items arrive at different times, combining them into one package would require us to hold orders for extended periods, which could delay delivery and impact our storage capacity.
To keep processing times fast and ensure secure authentication for every purchase, each order is shipped separately.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@tierdrop.com.au
To assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following details and photos:
- The item you purchased & order number
- Photos of the item you received
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- The tracking number
Please ensure the Tierdrop authentication sticker is clearly visible in your photos. This sticker confirms authenticity, and we are unable to provide support if it has been removed or tampered with.
Can I return/refund an item?

Is compensation provided for cancelled orders?
In the event of a cancellation, Tierdrop will refund the purchase price paid at the time of checkout. Tierdrop does not issue discounts, credits, or reimbursements for any market price fluctuations, regardless of whether the cancellation is initiated by the seller.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Buyer Shipping Fee
The cost of shipping varies by delivery location and is automatically calculated based on the package’s size, weight, and estimated delivery time.
Seller Shipping Fee
When shipping items to Tierdrop, sellers can use any courier of their choice. All courier fees are the responsibility of the seller. Please provide the tracking number once it becomes available.
NOTE: We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the safety of your card. Tierdrop is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping & transit.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping Time Expectations
Sellers have 5 business days from the time an order is placed to ship their item(s) to Tierdrop. If the seller does not ship within this timeframe, the buyer has the right to cancel the transaction.
If sellers are unable to ship their items, for example, due to being away on holiday, they must update their account status in their settings. This informs buyers that their listings may take additional time to ship.
Once Tierdrop receives the item from the seller, we’ll aim to complete authentication and have it on its way to the buyer within 5 business days.
I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
When your order is shipped, Tierdrop will always provide you with an Australia Post tracking number. Please keep an eye on the tracking updates and collect your package as soon as it is delivered.
IMPORTANT
Tierdrop is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If your package is marked as “Delivered” on the Australia Post tracking page but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance, as they will be able to investigate the delivery.
